Driver Rules and responsibilities


Drivers and their vehicles are considered unofficial representatives of the business that they are advertising. Their actions reflect on the advertiser whether the driver knows this or not. Driving a wrapped vehicle with ROADvertisements LTD. comes with certain rules and responsibilities to help with protecting the brand of the advertiser. These rules and responsibilities are as follows:


Rules and Responsibilities:


  • Drivers can be requested to modify their direction(s) occasionally so one can increase the exposure of the ads.
  • Drivers are required to file their mileage to ROADvertisements LTD. on the closing business day of each month.
  • Drivers are required to allow ROADvertisements LTD. to inspect their vehicles for damages, and confirm mileage on a periodic basis.
  • Drivers can be requested to provide images of their attendance at functions/occasions which are related to the advertiser's wrap.
  • Drivers must not have interaction in any unlawful acts at the same time as representing the advertiser. This includes reckless, careless or thoughtless driving.
  • Drivers are required to maintain their vehicle cleanliness so that the advertisement can be visible at all times
  • Drivers must always take the image and reputation of the advertiser into consideration when they're operating their vehicles.
  • Drivers must take great care to avoid being within the vicinity of a crime scene or accident so as to not associate the advertiser to with negative events/situations.


General Courtesies:


On occasion drivers are asked about the advertisements on their vehicles. Please follow these general courtesies when done so.

  • Drivers are asked to please respond in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • If the driver has been given promotional material they will also have been asked to hand it out when and where it is appropriate to do so.
  • If someone speaks to the driver negatively about the advertiser, the driver will kindly say that they are not a worker of the advertiser, after which leave the situation
